
Anaerobes predominate components of mucous membrane of oropharynx bacterial flora, and therefore a common cause of bacterial infections of endogenous origin of the upper respiratory tract, head and neck in children. This review summarizes aerobic and anaerobic microbiology and antimicrobial therapy of acute and chronic infections of the upper respiratory tract and other head and neck infections. These infections include acute and chronic otitis media, mastoiditis and sinusitis, tonsillitis, farynho, peritonzillyarnyy, retropharyngeal and parapharyngeal abscesses, suppurative thyroiditis, cervical lymphadenitis, parotitis, siliadenitis and deep infections including Lemierre syndrome neck. Restoration of these infections depends on efficient strattera price and good health and in the presence of indications and surgical treatment. .
